They removed my debit order without my authority

Hi Game has removed my debit order without my authority now they are sending me threatening sms's for payment. Who is at fault me or them? My debit order has never been sent back once so why did they remove it? I am not going to drive all the way to a store to pay something that would have been paid if they didn't follow their own minds.
