They refuse to repair or replace my broken tv even when it is under garuntee and they have a HUGE SIGN PRIMISING THAT THEY WILL DO IT

I am very very ****ed off with Game Kollennade pretoria i bought a flat screen tv from them and when it got damaged due to a huge storm they refused to repair the tv. I later found out they even tried to auction off my broken tv it is now over a year that im fighting to get something done but i everytime i go there i get treated like a sick dog!!!! Please can anybody help me get the consumer boards number PLEASE!!!!!!
