They promise to deliver in 3-5 days

I am shocked at the customer service I received from Game. They market the fact that they can deliver to your door in 3-5 days, infact they PROMISE that it will be there in the given timeframe. I bought a fridge which is more a necessity than a luxury during their Black Friday sales on the 24th of November 2017. The money cleared in their account on the 27th, and today is the 7th of December and still no fridge has arrived. I have phoned the customer care number and the lady informed me they cannot tell me where my fridge is, and that Game was SUPPOSED to mail all their clients to tell them they were having problems with delivery for Black Friday. "SUPPOSED TO" but didnt!!!!!

You guys need to up your game, excuse the pun!
