They don't want to refund or replace the TV

I bought a Sinotec TV cash at game, it however stopped working, Still under warranty and the manufacturer collected the TV for repairs. It turns out the TV is beyond repair. Got advised in this case I get refund or a replacement. It's been since 26th October when the process started and I got excuses everyday till I was told the shop is preparing for black Friday so in between they will handle my case.

I received calls and apologies, got informed CN Tronics, being Sinotec manager is the one delaying to authorize. Today is December I still have no TV, No refund and no one cares about me.

I am thinking of not buying anything from Game anymore. They service and how the treat customers is poor

I was also advised that because I am black that's why they don't care about helping me, whereas a white client got assisted in 2 days with the same matter
