They don't care about you

Went to buy a set of weights in store, they were R550 on their website but R999 at shop which I get I worked in retail at some point as well. Ordered the weights online for pickup because I wanted the deal. Website said if I order them today I can pick them up next day after 14:00. That came and went. I went in store again and I was told that the pickup order will be changed to delivery. Called and asked them not to as there will be no one at my house during the week. Order was changed to delivery anyway. Order was then cancelled out of the blue. No reason why, nothing. Worst customer service.
