They destroy TV, but it is not their problem!!!!

I had the worst experience at Game Fourways!!!!!!!! I bought a TV from them and after a year or so we started to experience some sound issues with it. Before booking the TV for a repair, the screen went entirely black. I booked in the TV for a repair and paid R2500 to have it repaired. We received the TV back after almost two months and after a week the exact same sound issue reoccurred. About a month ago I took the TV back to have the sound fixed under the repair warranty (3 months as per CPA). Last week we collected the TV and the sound is repaired but the screen is ruined!!!!! There is a dead pixel line accross the entire bottom of the TV screen and a black shadow appears to run from left to right accross the screen. The screen was in perfect condition!!!!! I took the TV back to the store the next morning for the screen to be repaired as the screen was in perfect condition, just to be told by Susan it is not their problem and I can come and fetch my TV and throw it away as it cannot be fixed. How is it acceptable that a TV with a sound problem is returned to me with a ruined screen and now I must just throw the TV away as nothing can be done to fix the screen???

I am still waiting for a solution to my problem. Telling me that you don't have an answer is not a solution! You also seriously need to get your facts straight: the R2500 paid for the initial repairs was paid by myself!!!!!! How is it just acceptable to expect me to pay another R4500 for a new screen if there wasn't anything wrong with the screen!!!!!! Dead pixels is a manufacturing fault! There is no way for me to have caused it. Telling me to come and collect a broken TV is just not an acceptable solution! I expect a decent reply! Not just come and fetch my broken TV and throw it away!
