Theives sold damaged Goods

Brought defy freezer from Games Trade Route mall on 9 September 2015 they ,don't have stock and ask we fetch it From SOUTH GATE Games which I arranged for collecting on delivery I opened package the freezer was damaged I call sale person TREVOR his manner in talking had no customer care and refused to sort the problem I ask to speak to store manager he cut my call off spoke **** store manager will call me back and that a sales supervisor will come to my house and look at damage goods no one has come I just want this sorted I want what I paid for Not DAMAGED freeze cause never paid for 2nd goods unless they show me one thing sell you something else Trade Route mall Games are theives
