Theft of my money/cellphone

This company is just good at taking our money and then not sending the goods. I purchased a cell phone online from Game during the Black Friday specials. Two weeks later, they have not sent the phone and I think they have ****** the money. Or else they have ****** the phone. I am outraged. I need an urgent response. I don't trust them anymore. They don't communicate and don't take calls. *****.
