The worst shopping experience is at Game Stores

I brought a Ryobi Bushcutter 43cc from the store and right from the start the gear kept slipping out in the shaft. I took it back and a week later email the *** with my proof of repair slip. A lady by name of Tharwa Reogon (Mass Discounters) Rep**** and obviously did not even bother to read my email as she rep**** with - Please note that that you can take the item into the store you bought it from so that they can also assess the item for you. If you are not able to do that you can send us send 4-6 pictures to *** and *** so that we can book the item for a collection. - We also drove all the way from Prosperity to the store Saturday only to be told that they will contact us. They did not even bother to contact the supplier. I am really disgusted with the continued bed service at Game store all over. This is why they are busy losing customers. I want my money back and will never buy from them again.!!!!
