The worst service ever

Good day Sir/Mam it's Ashley Kettledas I would like to complain about the bad service I received at Game ,On the 29 October 2023 I signed for a contract on two phones Samsung A03e the phones was not opened and tested it was given in my hands ,then when I got home I opened the phones and the 1phone was lose then I returned the phone on the 4th November expecting a exchange but they booked the phone out I waited a whole month without a phone went back two game they gave me the same phone still not fixed I've spoken two they head office they sent me to the store manager I was told that there is nothing they can do I must just take this phone and still I didn't take the phone back the Store is in Port Elizabeth The Bridge Greenacres
