The worst online shopping experience ever!!!!

The worst shopping experience of my life!!!! If there was a zero rating I would give it a zero. I ordered an Alcatel tablet online, on the 21st January 2023, order was accepted and it was shipped the following day. That was the end of communication from Game online to me. The order was supposed to be delivered on the 28 January. It wasn't delivered. I emailed, texted their whatsapp bot, used the chat platform and no one helped. I called their customer service and I was informed that the matter has been escalated. I am still not receiving any communication from Game online. Track your order still says, shipped and expected delivery is 28 January 2023. I called customer service again and I am told that the order has been canceled because "they tried to deliver twice" and I wasn't available. Lies!!! I will never shop at Game online ever and wouldn't advise anyone to either.
