The WORST online shopping experience EVER

Pathetic online service! Placed an order on the 11th April, supposed to be delivered by 18th after numerous calls, and emails 2 of the 3 items I ordered has finally been shipped. The other one has been cancelled for no reason, apparently they do not have stock, and that was the main item I wanted!!! I don't want the hassles of getting a refund, I want my items!!!!!!!!! I am so ****ed, worst online shopping experience ever!!!! 😡😡😡😡
