The worst online platform I ever used

Their online platform is a nightmare. I made an order, hoping to receive it within 5-7 working days, it's been over that now, and they don't communicate on the dekay or what is causing it. I can't even seem to be able to trace it. When I call, I hold for more than 30minutes with no answer, they don't respond to emails. Really frustrating
