The worst online business in South Africa

I have never seen such an *********** company, why did you start the online business in the first place if you are well aware of your inability to deliver. I purchased a TV, submitted all docs and made the payment. My order is on hold since last week. I called countless times. Spoke to 4 different customer relations officers, all to no solution. Finally, I gave up, asked for my order to be canceled and my money to be refunded, even that is now an issue now. I was told it would be canceled today and I shall receive notification via email. Guess what the emaill never came. IWent on the website, the order is still there on hold. Any proper website would have an easy way to cancel an order that is not shipped. Guess what Game doesn't have it. How on earth can anyone do business with you. My order number is ***. I learned my lesson, I get it, you taught me a lesson that I won't forget and I promise I won't do it again, I won't shop online by you ever again. Now, please refund my hard earned money.
