The worst Centurion Mall Game store Manager Morris Dietritas.

On the 27 April 2021 i bought A02 Samsung phone at Game Centurion Mall for my daughter and i was assisted by Martha Zazini and she requested my Id card which is required when purchasing a cellphone . When i needed to insure the phone i was told they are offline therefore they cannot asssit me on that i was also given a Vodacom sim card to go rica it anywhere becasue of the store being offline. On the 08th of this month the phone got lost. Yesterday the 18th May i went to the very same store to make a cellphone purchase for my faughter because she needs a phone for school regarding Covid questioners and theremometer temperature results. The sales person told me they need my ID and proof of my residence. I have asked why proof of residence since it was never requested on my first purchase, i was told it is the procedure and unfortunately i will not be assited without proof of residence which i did not have a hard copy of it because i did not know it would be needed. I requested to see a Manager and Morris Dieteritas was paged to come to the Cellphone department, i relayed my quiery to him and he told me that there is nothing he can do for me i should know that when a cellphone is purchased proof or residence is need, i said to him i dont work for retail or cellphone company how am i suppose to know that. i told him a doubt that the store was offline to assit me with cellphone insurance on the 27 of April and i believe the staff were just lazy and i also requested him to check my purchase for the 27April to proof that i did not give in my proof of residence he rudely said that will never happen and the staff is not allowed to check the proof and he further said the lady will be fired when she report for work, i dont know by saying such commeny was he trying to impress the people who were at the cellphone department for auditing or to show the customers which were present that he can say or do as he wishes. I told him i need answer on why was i allowed to purchase a cellphone without proof of residence not to be told that someone will be fired. I need the store to provide me with a proof that they were offline on the 27 of April when i made a purchase.
