The whole store's systems needs an upgrade

Me and my wife wanted to upgrade her phone, every time at the end of the month their system is slow. Cannot upgrade cause the system is slow.Game is a big retail store, there is no excuse to upgrade their system, because they are selling pc monitors(flat screens) but still they work on a box computer screen, why, why, why, why.
