the so called manager was rude

I ws @ game soshanguve cs I had problems with a camera I bought de a lady by surname Lediga supposedly a manager de gave me attitude and wn I asked her whr de customer service assistant was cs the assistant has helped me before she jst told me she doesnt know she ws her manager I left. When I came back de customer service lady explained the procedure to me with a smile and I was happy. So my appeal is to take managers like Lediga back to training.The only reason il shop the again is people like the blonde lady@ customer service she is good @ her job and very helpful.
