The simple slip

Good day I bought a tv and a tv licence at game westgate on the 2th March 2019. On the 27th September it went off while I was still watching I then looked for slip of purchase I could'nt find it then I looked for a RCS statement as one of the proof because I used the RCS card, on the 2th of October 2019 I went to the store to return my tv, the other guy checked it and sent me to the manager since I came with the statement not the slip, Mr Mahlomola who is one of the staff/manager took my details saying he will request a slip for me it takes 1 and a half week, after 2 weeks I went back to the store again to check how far I was told they still waiting for it, now its the forth week I called the office asking for a manager he then told me he will call me back even now Im still waiting for the feedback from the manager, 4 weeks its too much for a slip since their product did'nt last even 10 months, I paid money for that Tv, please help I need feedback on this.
