The Out of Box Failure Lenovo Laptop

I have sence been receiving fruitless communication from game stores thus far. On the 20th of January 2021, I got a call from the service department notifying me that the operating system needs to be reinstalled on the laptop. To that effect, I would like a clear understanding with regards to the quality assurance of the product which is new from the box. It appears like the computer did not pass the quality controls of the manufacturer on to the hands of the consumer. There is no data stored on the laptop as was enquired.

I, therefore bring it to your attention that my confidence in the operating strength of the product is lost. I need a new product or refund me should you find it impossible to replace the laptop with a new one.
