The once only mowed lawn mower

I bought a new Ryobi lawn mower from Game Boksburg in 11/12/2019 I mowed my small lawn twice with it and it would not start again. After a battle they said I could bring it in. I took it in and then it was at Game for a month. After i phoned Ryobi RSA and they informed me that they do not collect Game must send it it was send to Ryobi well since then I have not heard a word from them. When I go to inquire they just say it is still at Ryobi. It is August already, what now. Ryobi petrol lawn mower Serial number J***
