The most unpleasant experience

On the 27/06/25 i bought two camp master camping chairs at Game Fleurdal in Bloemfontein, during this transection i was promised a repair warranty, after 4 months i return to the store due to some repairs that needs to be done it became a battle just for them to book it in finally after booking it in i waited 4 days and they called me back to confirm that they are sending it away to be repaired and that its confirmed that the chairs will be fixed under warranty, i waited up until today when i had to call them just to be told that they will not fix it, this was the most unpleasant experience i ever had in a store, im definitely not buying anything from Game again
