The Most Pathetic Service I have received with shopping online.

I bought a Fridge on the GAME Online store on the 22nd of March 2022, I received an email the following day saying the package is out for delivery, and they only delivered the fridge on 31st of March. When I opened the package, the brand-new fridge was having dents that look like it was being thrown around with no care. So I called their customer support line to let them know what happened and they said they will schedule a pickup of the fridge, They only picked up the fridge after a month, with no date of when they're gonna deliver a proper one.

Fast forward to today (2 months later), I still don't have a fridge and no refund has been given. I'm defeated.
