The most disgusting service from Game

I ordered a tablet online on the 26th of November... Guess what??? STILL NO TABLET. it was supposed to be a Christmas present for my daughter hence ordering it a full month before Christmas. After phoning customer service a few times, I get told they can't assist me because they don't know at this time why it hasn't been shipped!!! I then get an email weeks after the fact to get an explanation that there was some mistake and they don't know why it was never shipped but they are now trying to source it. It is January now and still nothing. I emailed them a few times, no reply. They say they are going to phone back, they don't. This is honestly the most unbelievably disgusting service I have ever received anywhere. I will never buy from them again and I urge everyone reading this to not put yourself through their utterly pathetic and clearly untrained and uncaring "customer service". Yes I mean that sarcastically because I am sure they don't even know what it means.
