The horrible dress down I had by the security guard at Game

<p>So I bought pots yesterday at game and when i got home discovered that there were no lids in the box, immediately went back to Game to get the lids or exchange . I got there and the guard told me they had closed clearly i could see that, and i begged him just to let me speak to a manager or a superior and he seemed offended that I had asked him in English then rep**** snarkily that they had closed again stating the obvious. I then also pointed out that I could see they had closed but needed to use the pots urgently and he slammed the doors in my face and I could see them all in there laughing at me. naturally i felt humiliated and then an Ayanda a lady guard came and told me they had closed. I hate the fact that this guard made me feel small. I did not get his name, but hes skinny and tall and was working Ayanda's shift sunday the 30th . If they have a problem with English not everyone can speak venec and they should accomodate everyone. How can a guard have such power to make a customer feel small and to talk down to a customer. I hope he's reprimanded or something, i would not even mind if he lost his job. I am naturally a long tempered person but i lost my cool and felt bad due to the guard's behaviour. this happened at Boulders midrand. </p>
