The glen shopping mall Game store poor service

On the 30th January 2020 I returneda tv I bought April 2019, the screen went black while we watching. I met with a lady named Alleta Banzi. I told her my story and the lady next to her asked if I had slip I said I lost the slip but I have the card that I used to swipe so they can retrieve the slip for me. Alleta just laughed out loud when I said. I asked if there is anything wrong, she said yes theres is they can't help me without a slip, with an attitude. I said but the last time I used a card buying a phone I was helped to get the slip for me to open a case for ****** phone. She then said we can only send the card number to the head office for them to retrieve it for u. It takes 2weeks. I asked for the manager sge called her she refused to come and said she is busy we can talk over the phone and she also said it will take two week or even less.

If its not bad service by Alleta its bad service by the store. Why the hell would I wait for two weeks when it was retrieved immediately for the phone I bought there. Same store same mall? Is it because I only wanted the lip by then and now I want the tv to be fixed and the company doesn't want to take responsibility? And also please take your stuff to customer service train. A consultant / cashier just laughing out loud with a pitiful face when you address your situation as if uyou are stupid.
