The Glen Game Store - warranty vs consumer right

in october 2023 i bought Epson L3250 3in1 EcoTank Printer at Game - The Glen. i did use it for 2 months in Decemberto 5 months and it started to stop printing and showing two orange lights and i took action and took it to the shop The Glen Game, a store technician Linda assisted me to clear it and as he said its a technical fault. again in april 2024 the same thing happened and its when he advice me to book it in as this fault it continous thing. then in august or september it happend again Lihle ***iya a new technician who took transfered to The Glen we communicated via video call after giving me his number so he can see the problem after being transfer to him by switchnboard to his landline. my frustration is that no one want to take responsibility of the printer at game. on the 16 Dec 2024 after numberous calls from september 2024 calling regarding my printer as i noticed that when a customer call they dont register that they called but they register what they did call the customer, even when i call i they will register as if the took an initiative of calling but i was the first to call. on the 16 December 2024 Chris Reddy 14h30 promised to call me on the 05 January 2025 since the supplier is closed for the holidays after meeting him at the shop, but he never call and on the 07 i made an initiative to call and its when i was told he is on leave . i then decided to walk in and speak to the store manager after seeing the pattern of not returning calls. instead of listening to my experience of what i went through, he kept on telling me i must pay the technician to repair it and the printer has a warranty. 4 times i went to that shop with the same issue. i need exchange of a printer or refund, as the Mr Zulu Store Manager and his admin manager Chris Reddy never wanted to assist me and that the printer is under the warranty as unfair, discriminatory, and deceptive business practices. the store manager was not willing to support the consumer rights as they are legal rights that protect consumers from unfair business practices, while warranties are guarantees that cover specific defects in products. i dont know everything, but he was not showing of assisting me or hearing me about what i went through. FINAL REQUEST RECOMMENDATION : Exchange printer or Refund
