the bad service continues

I have complained about the poor service I received in a previous review. Game was all to happy to assist on the first day and said they would let me know once they receive stock at any nearby Game. This was on the 18th of December. Now on the 5th of January I have yet to receive any feedback from anybody. I do however still want the product but I am growing very impatient with the service I am receiving.
