After writing my review about the bike that fell apart literally the next day and after them dragging their feet for a week they picked up the bike the following day. It took exposing them here for them to offer me after sales service. On their WhatsApp they even told me I must return it myself, wow! Thanks to hellopeter I got my refund but the annoying thing is that they only do refunds at the store so I had to drive there and wait for an hour for someone who was on a lunch break. Summary: if you want decent service try avoid them as much as you can
