Thankful for great service

<p>I would like to commend the staff and in particular the store manager, Chris, at Game Key West for their wonderful customer service. We purchased a DSTV decoder on Black Friday from another Game store and we were given the incorrect decoder (not even a current model) and also not the special as advertised on the Black Friday special. After two weeks of various calls to such store's managers and after a few unreturned phone calls I contacted Game Key West in desperation. Chris immediately assisted me and advised that he would look into the matter. Yesterday I collected my new (and correct) decoder from Game Key West and their service was absolutely brilliant. Thank you very much for your assistance.</p>
