Early this year I went to Game Eastrand mall to ask for assistance with my printer, which was new but had issues. I was assisted by Petrus Timmerman. This man gave it all he had, he stood there for more than 2 hours tackling the problem until he had to refer. His determination, dedication, patience and absolutely delightful customer care was out of this world. I would like to thank him and appreciate his efforts.
