Had a problem with my OVHD Decoder I purchased from Game last year. Didn't realise it only had a 1yr warranty. Thought it was 2yrs, and this was only 5 months over. Jannie, however was kind enough to still test the decoder to confirm whether it was a fault with the decoder or my home installation. Appreciate the assistance Jannie. Thank you.
