Thank you Game for Having Ellen as a staff: way to go

Dear Game Store HQ and HR (Head Office):

I would like to inform you of a distinguished GAME ROSEBANK store member of the staff you have in ELLEN MASHIANE. On Saturday (last weekend), I had an urgent call to purchase once of the crucial items for my clinic, a unit that will keep my direct patient care running during this difficult lockdown period. As the item was listed as Non-Essential, I had asked one of the staff members at the Game Rosebank to call for a supervisor or team main member in order to discuss my special request, and here comes Ellen.

Ellen, with her absolutely great attitude, smile and a higher level of professionalism, she has explained to me how the process works in order for her (after consulting her superior) to allow the purchase of such items. Following Ellen's instruction, I managed to get the item that I need for my clinic, a step that Ellen, her male-mate worker (I forgot your name brother; sorry!) and the Game store has contributed positively toward the SA healthcare society. Ellen's calm and wise manner was just what was needed when I was becoming increasingly frustrated. She was able to use her knowledge to help me. With employees like Ellen on your staff role, I am sure that Game Store Business will go from strength to strength.

Ellen made me believe that the new slogan for Game should be (Staff and Name to Trust).
