Earlier this month I went to Game store at Vryburg to purchase a fridge. I got the fridge however was unable to purchase it at that point as I ddnt have the required documents. I told the guy that was helping me that I'll purchase the fridge at another game store at pretoria and that branch will arrange with the branch at Vryburg to have the fridge delivered home since Vryburg is closer to my parents house. The guy agreed with me. On 4 May I went to Game at Jubilee mall and I was helped by Alfred Sithole. It was brought to my attention that the system showed that there are 2 of this fridge left at the Vryburg branch however when they were contacted and told that a customer wants to purchase that fridge they responded by saying that they couldn't sell any of the two fridges as one is a display and the other one is a damage. Alfred contacted other nearby branches trying to find this fridge. It was a very long procedure that he had to follow in order to get me the fridge which he found at the Mahikeng branch. Boikhutso, Alfred's collegue confirmed how Alfred has been doing a follow up on this fridge every morning since the day of the sale until today. Thanx guys. Fridge is delivered
