Tevo Health massager useless and Game Key West customer services appalling.

Not long ago I bought a Tevo health massager at Game Key West. The machine lasted for only a few weeks before the gears gave in. I took it to Game KW and had it repaired without cost because it was under guarantee. I bought another Tevo health massager at the same store to use in the mean time. As soon as the first machine was returned from repairs, the second one gave in and I took it to Game KW to be repaired. No cost because it was under guarantee. I continued using the machines During the same week the guarantees of both machines expired, the gears of both machines broke again and I took both back to Game KW for a quotation for repairs. Tevo called me and indicated repairs will be more than R 1 000 for the two machines. He indicated Tevo would give me a new machine for R 300 and a three month guarantee.

Today I went to Game KW. The person at customer service issued the two broken machines back to me and indicated she was not aware of the arrangement with Tevo.

I indicated I didn’t want the two broken machines back, made a note on her invoice that I was not happy with the situation and left.

When I reached the door of Game KW the person at customer service came screaming at the top of her voice and ran after me shouting at me. I indicated again I didn’t want the two broken machines. She shouted at me she was going to call security for me, in doing so embarrassed me in the corridor of Key West before hundreds of people. I would like to have a reply from Tevo and Game Key West if they are satisfied in the manner which this matter was handled.
