TEVO **********l website........

I bought 4 items on the TEVO web page and paid with my credit card , as soon as the payment went off my account an error message came on the TEVO webpage saying that the deal could not be done. I kept getting emails from TEVO saying that the deal is not done yet and that they are waiting for payment. Yesterday I went back to this deal after getting an email again and this time I paid for the order with electronic bank transfer option on their website. As soon as the payment was made by me an error message came on their web page saying something went wrong and the deal could be done .AGAIN. This is when I went to my bank account and saw that the first payment went off my credit card and the second payment went off my cheque account and both times TEVO did not say that the deal was done, I have now paid twice for the same order and they keep saying that they did not receive any money and on both my ABSA accounts the deductions went off to TEVO.?
