Terrible terrible service

On saterday the 04 August 2018 I went to Game store in pinetown to purchase a washing mechine . I was promised on first thing on Monday morning it will be delivered to my house as there was no stock in the ware house and my michine will be sent from the store along with other deliveries to my area. I did not receive a call on Monday morning so I did a follow up with the store on Monday midnight checking what happened to my delivery the lady advised me that it should be coming through shortly..... I than had to cancel myself from going to work as I had to wait for delivery......nothing came! At 15h00 I received a call from a lady named kabey who called me for the warehouse stating that my item can not be delivered today. I than called the store and spoke to sibinelo the store manager who stated he is unsure and I needs to follow up with the warehouse as all the paperwork is done on their side,as well as he cut the call. I Than called back and spoke to him and he stated he will try and get it done tomorrow but can not promise. It's really upsetting and terrible service I have not attended work today due to my delivery and I can not attend tomorrow... Who is going to take accountablity for thier mess up and my inconvenience????? I am a regular customer at game but this is really unacceptable from a reputable service provider ..... Very very disappointing
