TERRIBLE, TERRIBBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

We went to GAME, The Glen Shopping center on 3 Jan 2016. My wife, my son & I were standing at the jewellery counter looking at watches. There was nobody behind the counter so I approached the woman behind the customer care counter. I asked if we could get some service by the watches & she shouted at someone to help. The woman continued talking to a fellow colleague as we waited. The store wasn't very busy at all & 2 or 3 tills had no customers and the tellers just sat there. We stood around for several minutes and I approached her again to ask whether someone is going to help us or not, she just looked at me. Yet again we waited a while & I approached her AGAIN. As I neared her she and two other staff members went through to the back through the \staff only"door leaving the customer service area unattended. I proceeded to follow them through the door"
