Terrible Support with online orders

Terrible support, online and over the phone. I have ordered a TV on the 3rd of Jan 2022, I got confirmation that the tv was released. I opened a ticket on 10-01-22 10:17 AM, and it is still open with no reply. I called the online web support number and they are not able to tell me anything about my order only that they will change the store of the order.

You are quick to take our funds, can't deliver and the support is basically non-existent. I would like my TV please as I ordered it when there was stock, this is terrible service.
