Terrible service!!!!!! Stil waiting for delivery after 2 months!!!!

I bought a washing machine at Game online on the 23rd of November 2018. Today is the 17th of January 2019 and despite the email I received from Game stating that their delivery promise is 3-5 days, I still haven’t received my washing machine!!! An email was sent to me from Game on the 28th of November 2018 stating that my delivery was dispatched from their warehouse, and Time Freight sent a confirming email. After taking it up with Time Freight, they just said that they don’t find my washing machine on their system. I’ve been in contact with Bennie Cloete, who works at the warehouse in Silverton but he is of no help. I contacted Chante Lottering, Peru Govender, Kirk De Vries, Kambay Nkimku and on the 18th of December 2018, Bennie Cloete informed us that the washing machines are out of stock. On Thursday the 8th of January 2019, Bennie Cloete sent us a message to inform us that they would have received stock on the 10th of January 2019. On the 11th of January 2019 we asked Bennie Cloete if they received stock and he rep**** that they didn’t. Ever since then we have sent several messages and called several times but Bennie Cloete just ignored everything! On the 16th we talked to someone else at the warehouse who told us that they found a washing machine in Johannesburg and that it would be dispatched today(17 January 2019), but yet another disapointment.

I’m deeply disappointed in the terrible service I’ve received from Game and Time Freight. I will never ever buy anything again from Game and will advice my friends to do the same. This is unacceptable!!!
