Terrible service received from Game Stores Alberton and Defy Head Office.

I purchased a Defy hob and oven from Game Stores Alberton on the 5/10/2022 after we had an experienced technician instal the oven we noticed that the convection fan was not working. I logged a call with Defy on 6/10/2022 technicians were sent out and fan was working on the 19/12/2022 I logged another call because the oven was tripping my lights technicians came out again this time they advised that the globe in the oven was faulty and they would need to replace this. My question to them was that this oven is not even 2 months old and is already giving problems and the fact that they have now opened it twice doesnt make it new anymore. They advised me to call Head office which i did and Defy told me to call the store where i purchased the oven. I did this and the gentlemen at Game Alberton advised me that replacements are only done by Defy Head office as the guarantee is with them (Defy). I asked the gentleman to escalate on his side since the goods were purchased at their store and he promised to get back to me i left my cell number and physical address with him. He never returned my call. Last week i called Game stores again and spoke with another gentlman who advised me that Theo is handling my query and he would get Theo to call me back. This of course never happened as i had to call Theo today and he advised me that he has no record of me calling. If they have no record where and how did the other gentleman get my address from because he verified this with me on the phone last week when i called. Nevertheless i spoke to Theo this morning and he advised that i need to call Head office for the replacement which i have done again today. The lady advised that she would get the technician to call me as they need to replace the oven light (fitting today) same fitting which was removed by them on the 19/12/2023. I am so disappointed in the service received from Game and Defy and this for something that i paid cash for.
