terrible service provided

<p>Purchased a tablet and taken an insurance with it. They took so many phone calls and weeks to have my tablet picked up for repairs. After picking up the tablet which i had been nagging them about for several weeks they promised to keep me informed within 3 working days as to what's going on with the repairs but it has now gone 3 weeks and still no reply from them. I try calling the callcentre but you just end up sitting on hold for 15 - 20 minutes then you cut off. All you get from them is just empty promises. Very disappointed with the service I am receiving from a massive supermarket like this !</p>
