Terrible service nightmare wouldn't recommend it to anyone

I ordered an Iron on the 5th they promised to deliver within 5 to 7working days today it's the 19th I am still waiting I have called 3times and all they tell me they will call their courier and call me back not even one of the consultants I spoke to called me.I sent 2 emails a lady called me an promised to call me I am still waiting terrible service I a Ma even scared to ask for my refund because I am worried I will wait 3 more weeks for it shuuu I am so disappointed so annoyed and so angry I don't know what to do.
