Terrible service, Lack of Communication

I'd just like to report on the poor service I received from Game Galleria & the Warehouse in Nandi Drive. I purchased a fridge on 2 March, and paid for delivery as well. I was told that delivery would happen the next day, 3 March. I waited and waited until it reached 14h30 in the afternoon and still no word from them. I eventually called Game Galleria, spoke to a lady that put me through to the "relevant" department-and no one picked up on the other end! This happened about 5 times. Until eventually I called back and asked to speak to the manager and he/she was all of a sudden out on a break and I was promised a call back from the sales rep who assisted me. That still hasn't happened and it is now 07h40 4 March. I got sick of waiting and called the warehouse in Nandi drive-because apparently that's where the delivery was taking place from. And they informed me that they only got the notice to deliver that afternoon. So naturally delivery would only take place today 4 March. From a lady answering the phone at Galleria saying "happy to help", being transferred basically nowhere. And no follow up from Galleria I am completely disappointed by your service. I paid for an item and the subsequent delivery and I expected just that, on the said day. Nothing more, nothing less. This is unacceptable.
