Terrible service GAME online!

I bought 2 storages boxes for my kids on the 26th November, one came with missing piece to hold drawers. I called the next day to report the matter, guy told me there was a second delivery on the way, week later I emailed they asked for pictures I sent them, I was called for further descriptions for the 5th time over and above the pictures they requested till today no action. Can u guys collect your stuff n refund back my money I’ll go to Makro this is nonsense!!!
