Terrible Service, Game Alberton, Dont trust Tivo memory foam pillows

I bought 2 Tivo memory foam pillows from Game Mall of the South, since I started using the pillows I started getting headaches. I went into game Alberton and complained, the lady at customer service asked me to bring it in. I also noticed the pillows started staining a brownish colour. I took the pillows to Alberton Game, they took the pillows in for "REPAIRS", after about 2 weeks i get an SMS to collect, the pillows looked like it was used to wipe a floor, it was black all over, the report stated it can't be returned due to negligence. The reason I took the pillows to game because they giving me headache plus they staining. I didn't take the pillows back from Game when it came back from repairs, I asked them to sort it out, I never gave them the pillows in that condition, it's 2 weeks later, I didn't get any feedback from Game. The Tivo pillows state 3 years warranty, yet when I spoke to the Tivo rep, he does not know what the warranty cover. I am absolutely appalled by the service and the product I purchased. I have always trusted game with all the products purchased, going forward I will think twice about purchasing anything from the game stores.
