Terrible service from Sizwe the branch manager

<p>The past two weeks i logged a complaint regarding my TV SET that went for repairs at Game Mall of the south. When i receive the tv back the stand was damaged. Sizwe contacted me and promised that the new stand will be delivered to me after 3 days. It alsmost two weeks and i did hear anything from him. If this is a kind of service i am receiving from Game that empty promises then this leave me with no choice but to report the matter to the consumer council . I am giving you a chance to deliver a new stand with 2 working days as you have almost 3 weeks to deliver on your promise.</p>
