Terrible service from Game Tygervalley

Good day, I purchased a projector from Dion Wired in Tygervalley last August 2019, it is now faulty., I was told to go to Game tygervalley as they were taking over this dept. The warranty is for 2yrears on it and this says so on their website. I have gave it in to game on the 2nd August for repairs, the warranty expires the 28th August . They said it will take 21 days to fix. I went there again yesterday and the staff do not seem very interested in assisting me neither did the Manager. The Manager then said he was going to contact me this morning but till nothing. They said when I bought it, the projector was already expired in the shop, which does not make any sense and I must pay R2300 to repair it. I would hope that someone from the store would contact me about this matter , Stephen ***
