Terrible Service from Game Store, City View Durban

On 02/12/2020 visited Games Store in City View Durban. I had selected a few of the same products for purchase. It was advertised on 01/12/2020 in a pamphlet inserted in the "Daily News" (IOL). At the checkout, the cashier said the price was wrong. I had taken a pic of Add and so had the three people I who were with me. A floor Manager came and said that the Newspapers had made an error and they had received a letter of apology. The Big and small of it was that we couldn't get the goods at the price advertised. I called the store manager(Kevin) who reiterated the same story. I asked him to call Head Office and he said it won't help but I could send a complaint if I wish. I called the CGSO whilst I was in the store and they advised that the store should give the goods at the advertised price and remove them from the shelf or remove add. That didn't seem to help. I wrote a letter to the complaints department last night and received a call from Kevin the store manager this morning. A feeble apology from Kevin was passed on from Head Office with an offer of 2 units of product. We had 15 units to purchase and we were 4 people. I said I couldn't accept that and he said that is all they could do. This is totally unacceptable. Firstly they blamed the Daily Newspapers for the error and secondly, they refused to honor the right of the consumer. Finally, the manager said they have a right to limit qty allowed and it was in the small print on the pamphlet. It had nothing on a pamphlet by article limiting the number per customer. They are using misleading advertising to draw customers into the store. I want the quantity we ordered at the price advertised. I am 60 yrs old and cannot be returning to the store for 2 units of Johnsons' powder. It is ridiculous.
