Terrible service from GAME online stores.
I bought a washing machine online. I had to send them proof of payment which they received, with no further assistance. I phoned countless times. Holding and promises were made to contact me regarding my order - with only one lady phoning with more promises. 2 weeks later and still nothing. I am fed up with terrible service!!!!!

I made a payment which have not reflected on your side, and I got into contact with Dane De Mornay (I send my proof of payment to him) who I had to leave messages for and email, with no replies from his side. Eventually I had to start talking with random people in your call centre. the reference they were using was for the email: *** . Last I heard the washing maching was send to me - but when I phoned this morning, no one knows what is happening once again. Poor management.
