TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM GAME!!! LENOVO DEVICES ARE GARBAGE!!!

I bought a Lenovo laptop from Game last year, from the time I got it there were problems with the device. I took it to Game and they advised it was a software issue. Although I had the issues from the time of purchase, I paid for a software upgrade, received the laptop 10 months later and I'm still having the same issue. Game is refusing to give me a refund and they are still giving me the run around.
